The Washington Ballet embraces a three-part mission: ensuring excellence in its professional performance company, growing the next generation of dancers through its Washington School of Ballet, and serving the community in which it resides through robust community engagement programs. Achieving this mission is only possible with the support of individuals and sponsors.

Corporations, foundations and government granting agencies are vital partners in the creative process. Our sponsors enable The Washington Ballet to commission and present new works by today’s leading choreographers, reinterpret classical masterpieces, sustain an athletic professional company of dancers, train the next generation of artists with the guidance of outstanding faculty, and reach thousands of public school students, young adults, and others with education programs that are instructive, innovating, and entertaining.
