Keisha Johnson has always enjoyed and believed a physically active lifestyle and a healthy diet is the key to achieving wellness. It wasn’t until she was introduced to yoga that she realized there was more to total wellness than just diet and physical activity. Through the teachings of yoga, Keisha has incorporated meditation and breathing techniques to her daily routine. She believes in using the teachings of yoga to help others heal, improve and motivate the physical and mental aspects of their lives. Keisha is a registered Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
