The idea is simple…seven works by seven choreographers, each seven-minutes-long…and this year's 7x7 focuses on the universal theme of love and its myriad intricacies, expressed through the pas-de-deux. Flirtation, infatuation, passion, detachment, antagonism, intimacy, camaraderie, bravado and tomfoolery. Anything can happen when emotions take hold in the complicated, fickle and sometimes challenging world of relationships.
