DC Dance History Interactive Lecture & Performance featuring The Washington Ballet: 6:00 – 7:00PM
Take a journey through the History of Dance in DC with an interactive performance and lecture led by writer and narrator Lisa Traiger. Washington Ballet company dancers will be among the artists joining Traiger to demonstrate the city’s stories through tap, ballet, modern, and more. TWB will also perform excepts from Fives by Choo San Goh.
To attend events at The REACH Opening Festival, timed-entry passes obtained through The Kennedy Center are required. Unfortunately, Eventbrite tickets will not be accepted as a form of entry into The REACH. We sincerely apologize for the error.
Due to the popularity of this event on Saturday, advance timed-entry passes quickly sold out. Timed passes will be given out on the day of the event at the Kennedy Center Box Office in the Hall of Nations. All performances and events are first-come, first-served general admission until venue capacity has been reached.
