As we prepare for the upcoming Create in Place premieres on Marquee TV on February 5, we will offer two online Company Connection Workshops with commissioned choreographers, Helga Paris-Morales and Andile Ndlovu. These movement-based workshops include a warm-up class, viewing of clips from the piece, time to learn excerpts of choreography, and a Q&A with the choreographer.
Something Human with Andile Ndlovu

“I will be teaching the technique of harnessing movement naturally and also allowing students to explore the choreography itself,” Andile shared about the workshop.
Womb of Heaven with Helga Paris-Morales

Helga is excited to “explore natural movement and the many elements of nuance and grace that help us become better experts of our own bodies and capabilities. We will start with some fundamentals of ballet technique and move forward to brand new choreography from Womb of Heaven. The goal is to have fun and feel more empowered, as well as stronger bodied.”
