Studio Company Dancer
Elena deGuzman began her ballet training at age three in California. She has trained at the Philadelphia Dance Theatre, The Washington School of Ballet, The Rock School for Dance Education, and Philadelphia Ballet. Elena has attended summer programs with American Ballet Theatre and Boston Ballet, earning scholarships to the Chautauqua Institute, The Rock School, and the trainee program at Philadelphia Ballet.
As a trainee at Philadelphia Ballet, Elena performed as a flower, Spanish dancer, and tea dancer in Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, as the waltz girl in Ben Stevenson’s Cinderella, and toured with the company for Angel Corella’s Swan Lake. Elena danced the 2023/24 season as an apprentice with Ballet RI where she had many performances opportunities including Yury Yanowskys The Nutcracker.
