Production
Kaitlyn joined The Washington Ballet in the 2023-24 season after working with the Milwaukee Repertory Theater for nine seasons. There, she was a key player in managing the production department to facilitate a 13-production season within four theatres and creating operational efficiencies for the day to day tasks as well as special events. Kaitlyn also played a significant role in developing and implementing operational updates, including those necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic, and she was instrumental in redeveloping the company’s internship program.
She holds an M.F.A. with a focus in Production Management from the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale, a B.A. in Theatre, Lighting Design and a B.B.A. in Business Administration/Management from Western Michigan University and is a certified PMP. Her background combines a deep understanding of production management with a passion for creating exceptional artistic experiences.
