With a strong background in human resources management, he previously served as a key contributor with the American Council on Renewable Energy, where he led their HR department for eight years. Throughout his career, Mario has honed his expertise in various areas of HR and is passionate about promoting a positive and inclusive work environment and fostering talent. Mario obtained his SHRM certification in 2019 and remains at the forefront of HR trends and advancements, ensuring his skills stay sharp and relevant.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mario is an avid foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants. He keeps up with his well-being by running. You might even spot him running through Rock Creek Park on weekends!
