Join The Washington Ballet for our 2023/24 Season of Discovery! This season is daring, thought-provoking, and will take you on a journey through the exciting landscape of contemporary ballet.

TWB kicks off the season at the historic Warner Theatre with Such Sweet Thunder, an evening celebrating Shakespeare and presented as part of the citywide Shakespeare Everywhere Festival. Join us back at the Warner Theatre in December for our beloved, charmingly-DC version of The Nutcracker, featuring a sneak peak of new costumes and choreography in advance of this production’s 20th Anniversary year. In February, we return to The Kennedy Center for an evening dedicated to honoring Jazz Icons with new works by Jessica Lang and Dwight Rhoden. We close out the season with Beyond Boundaries, an evening curated by Annabelle Lopez Ochoa at The Kennedy Center. Join us!
